Bring Quilt top, batting and Backing. The Backing and batting need to have 2 in extra on all sides. 

For example : 100 in X 100 in. quilt needs a back and batting of 104 in X 104 in

50 in X 50 in quilt need a 54 in X 54 in back and batting.

Price: normally width X length X 0.02 dollars (2 cents).

For example: 100 in X 100 in X  $ 0.02 = $ 200
